Three Rapist juveniles, accused of gang-rape at a fair in Shambhunath,(Mela). Saptari District Court has been sent to a Birgunj Juvenile Correctional Institution on Thursday.for improvement.
A bench of Saptari District Court Judge Rajendra Kumar Shrestha informed that they were sent to Birgunj Juvenile Correctional Institution.
Suresh (Surait lal Ram) 20 years old, of Shambhunath Municipality-4, Sakhuwa has been remanded in custody at Rajbiraj Jail for trial. The main accused Rap case Deepak Sardar, 20 years old is absconding. The investigation is going on to catched him.
